We want your Baseballism purchase to fit your life and your love of the game. Eligible unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Final-sale items, personalized goods, gift cards, and products marked non-returnable are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Start a return or exchange
Email support@baseballismofficial.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will provide instructions and the correct return destination. Please do not send items to the corporate address without authorization.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the order was incorrect or arrived damaged. Banks may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on current inventory. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we may issue a refund so you can place a new order. Return shipping responsibility and any exchange shipping charge will be explained when your request is authorized.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
